RETURN & REFUND POLICY
OVERVIEW At MotherBabies, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We offer a 7-Day Return Policy to ensure you have peace of mind when shopping for yourself and your baby.
SECTION 1 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
- Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it.
- Verification Call: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if you have confirmed your order via our verification call/WhatsApp, it enters the dispatch phase immediately and cannot be cancelled.
- How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or our Contact Page.
SECTION 2 - 7-DAY RETURN POLICY (Change of Mind) If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of Women's Health (Period Pads) and Baby Care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or worn close to the body, unless they are defective.
- Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We pack every order with love and care. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we have you covered.
- Guarantee: We will provide a Free Replacement or a Full Refund (including shipping).
- Reporting: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: To prevent fraud and speed up your claim, you must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.
- Process: Send the proof to our WhatsApp support or Email. Once confirmed, we will dispatch a replacement immediately or process your refund.
SECTION 4 - REFUND PROCESS (For Cash on Delivery) Since most of our orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we cannot "reverse" the transaction automatically.
- Method: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Timeline: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval. Your refund will be transferred to your provided account details within 3-5 working days.

(3) For defects, attach your Video/Photo proof.
(4) Our team will approve the return and provide you with the local return address.
