• Damaged/Faulty: If the product arrives damaged or isn't working, contact us within 7 days, and we will replace it for free.
• Hygiene Policy: Since this is a personal care intimate product, we cannot offer returns/refunds for "change of mind" once the box has been opened or used. This ensures every customer receives a 100% fresh, hygienic product.
• 12-Month Warranty: Your device is covered for 1 year against internal technical faults (motor/heating element). External damage or breakage is not covered.

Order Confirmation:

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address and phone number entered are correct. Incomplete addresses (missing House # or Street) are the main cause of delayed deliveries.

If you believe you have provided an incorrect address or phone number, please WhatsApp us immediately or email our support team. Lost or Undelivered Packages:
MotherBabies is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the courier company.

• If you paid via Bank Transfer: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or gatekeeper/guard first.
• If you chose Cash on Delivery: You are only required to pay when you receive the package. If the rider does not arrive, simply contact us, and we will reschedule the delivery.
