SHIPPING POLICY (MotherBabies)
OVERVIEW At MotherBabies, we strive to deliver your self-care and baby essentials safely and quickly across Pakistan. We partner with reliable local courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
SECTION 1 - ORDER CONFIRMATION (Crucial Step)
- Verification: Once you place an order (especially Cash on Delivery), our customer support team may contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your details.
- Dispatch: Your order will only be dispatched after this verification. If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the order may be cancelled.
SECTION 2 - ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES We dispatch orders from our warehouse in [Insert City, e.g., Lahore/Karachi].
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 Working Days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–6 Working Days.
Note: Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, strike actions, or extreme weather conditions.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping: We charge shipping based on your location.
SECTION 4 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery service nationwide.
- Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the rider to avoid change issues.
- Open Box Policy: Please note that couriers do not allow opening the parcel before payment. If you have an issue after opening it, please contact our support team immediately, and we will resolve it under our 7-Day Return Policy.
SECTION 5 - WRONG ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER
- Phone Number: It is mandatory to provide an active mobile number. Riders will call you for location confirmation. If your phone is off or unanswered, the parcel will be returned to us.
- Address Corrections: If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, we cannot change the address.
SECTION 6 - LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- Delays: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier company to track it for you.
- Lost Packages: While rare, if a package is lost by the courier, MotherBabies will take responsibility. We will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund (if paid in advance). We do not leave our customers stranded.
