  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the intimate nature of our products (e.g., Period Heating Pads, Baby Care items), specific items may be non-returnable if the seal is broken, in accordance with global hygiene standards and local health considerations. Please review our Return Policy for specifics.

SECTION 5 - BILLING, ACCOUNT, AND CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify order details before dispatch. Failure to verify may result in order cancellation.

  • Refusal of Delivery: Repeated refusal to accept COD parcels without valid reason may result in your address/phone number being blacklisted from future purchases.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
